This high school youth retreat is named "IceBreaker" because it is held every February at a northern Indiana lake. Since shirts were to be given to each attendee when they first arrived, I played off the double meaning of ice-breaker as a term of introduction by working with the familiar "Hello, my name is" name tag graphic. Printing the name tag directly on the shirts allowed kids to customize their own by filling in their names in permanent marker upon arrival.

The temperature degree treatment of 2003 further enhanced the retreat name in relation to its wintertime theme.
